If you order a customized cup designed to your preferences, please note that once your payment is processed, you will not be able to make any changes, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.

RETURN POLICY

All items are considered final sales once they have been shipped. If you receive a damaged item or if the item has a 4-day exchange policy (which can be found under the item description), please email me immediately after receiving your order. Be sure to include a picture of the damage along with a description of the issue. If there is no 4-day exchange policy indicated for the item, it will not qualify for an exchange and will be a final sale. Thank you!
